ExtremeStor Transport is a rugged, portable line of multi-display workstations designed to support high-throughput, graphics-intensive simulation/testing and training applications. Attendees can see the solution in action, along with its complete line of ExtremeStor-DI products at Globalstor’s booth (663) on the show floor. Globalstor will also be hosting several real-world demonstrations at this booth as well as at a separate demo booth (673).
Each product in the ExtremeStor Transport line features the power and flexibility of a fully featured workstation or server packaged in the compact, portable form factor. The ExtremeStor Transport includes the latest in GPU technology combined with up to three 17-inch high-resolution 1920x1080 displays with an integrated keyboard and touch pad. With single or dual multi-core Intel processors and up to seven PCI-E x16 slots, the ExtremeStor Transport can scale to accommodate a wide range of cards including, but not limited to, NVIDIA® Quadro® by PNY professional graphics solutions. The system can also support a wide range of other graphics cards and virtually all other PCI-e add in cards such as 10GB Ethernet and Infiniband. Additional motherboard options are also available for customers who require specific architecture.
Designed in a compact, yet rugged portable chassis, the ExtremeStor Transport is ideal for any application requiring portability with the flexibility to support a wide range of cards that cannot be supported in a traditional laptop. This portable workstation comes with a durable case with wheels and a handle for easy travel to testing and training locations.

At I/ITSEC Globalstor will exhibit its custom solutions for graphics-intensive simulation and training applications. All systems will highlight the new NVIDIA® Fermi-based Quadro® professional graphic solutions including the NVIDIA Quadro 6000 by PNY used in multi-GPU configurations.
In addition, IGI and Sony will be showing advanced visualization solutions based on the Globalstor workstations utilizing the NVIDIA Quadro Plex. Demonstrations highlighting the NVIDIA Quadro Plex 4K high resolution combine the IGI PowerWindow system with a SONY SXRD projector.
